Matthew E. Mantalos is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on the defense of individuals, businesses and insurance companies in cases involving product liability, construction accidents and defects, environmental liability, commercial disputes and complex liability matters. Matthew has a diverse litigation practice with experience in discovery, motion and trial practice and has successfully defended clients before state and federal courts, as well as various administrative agencies, in Massachusetts and California.
Prior to joining Tucker, Saltzman & Dyer, LLP, Matthew litigated personal injury and general liability matters and provided corporate counsel to various business entities and professional trade associations for a national insurance defense firm. Matthew is actively involved in the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association.
